This is one of our favorite breath patterns to upregulate and bring some energy into the body. The Conductor Breath, or The Breath of Joy is a simple movement that involves moving the arms in sync with three inhales and one exhale. This breath:
Boosts energy
Awakens the senses
Increases heart rate
Clears mental clutter
Moves you out of sluggish or foggy feelings
It’s perfect first thing in the morning, after you’ve been sitting or working all day, or when you feel you need a quick pick-me-up.
